I’ve just come back from 4 amazing days at Disneyland Paris. Over the course of the holiday – Amy and I picked up some great Disney merch.

Believe it or not, I still managed to come home with about half of the money I had saved up!

The merchandise at Disneyland Paris costs around the same as it does in the Disney store in the UK so I don’t feel that we spent an awful lot even though we got loads! I also didn’t buy anything that I could get at home. I limited myself to park exclusives and most of the items I bought are attached to a special “memory” from the holiday. I’ve done my best to remember prices but I’ve had to ball-park a few of them.

 

Plushes

We have quite a collection of Disney plushes at our flat – so I was really excited to pick up some more while we were away. After all, you can never have too many!

The first one I got was this Mickey Mouse in his Fantasia/Sorcerer’s Apprentice outfit. The Disney Store in Belfast NEVER has him in stock so I made it my mission to grab him while we were in Disneyland Paris. Luckily he was available in most of the shops in the park.

This is the “medium” sized plush and I got him in Galerie Mickey, which is in the Disneyland Hotel. Galerie Mickey is one of my favourite places to shop at Disneyland Paris because it’s really quiet and relaxed. Some of the shops can get really crazy, so it’s nice to escape the crowds for a little bit and shop in peace. I think he worked out at around €23.99.

The next plushes I got were these adorable Phantom Mickey and Minnie toys. I bought these because we met Mickey Mouse in his Phantom outfit twice during our trip. The meets were both SO magical that I really wanted something to remember them by. And of course, you can’t have Mickey without Minnie.

I picked these up in Thunder Mesa in Frontier Land – I really like this shop because it has a lot of unique items that I didn’t see in any of the other shops. Some of the stores at Disneyland Paris can be quite same-y but I always made sure to pop into Thunder Mesa every time we found ourselves in Frontier Land. I believe these were €19.99 each.

Finally we picked up Remy and Emil from Ratatouille. Ratatouille is one of our favourite Disney films and we went on the ride at least 5 times when we were in Walt Disney Studios. We also had a really fun meet with Remy in the park. I can’t remember how much we paid for them but we were really excited to buy these little guys because we’ve NEVER seen any Ratatouille toys in the store at home. We picked these up at Chez Marianne – which is right next to the Ratatouille ride and opposite the Bistrot Chez Remy restaurant.

 

Clothes

I got both of these clothing items from Disney Fashion which you’ll find in the Disney Village.

This bobble hat was €21.00 – I had planned to wear my Mickey ears for the whole trip but it was VERY cold while we were there so I had to give in and buy a hat.

This bomber jacket was an absolute STEAL. I paid €38.00 for it and it was originally €125.00. The print on the sleeves are supposed to represent the film Bambi – but I didn’t realise when I bought it! I can’t wait to wear it when the weather gets a bit warmer and it will definitely be coming on my next trip.

 

Ornaments and Decorations

The first ornament we got was this adorable Fantasia Mickey holding up the Disney castle. It’s the perfect souvenir to remember our amazing holiday. We bought him from the Disney Gallery in the Disney Village. Even if you’re not into art or ornaments – I would definitely recommend visiting the Disney Gallery for a walk-around. There are so many beautiful pieces, I wanted to bring them all home!

I can’t remember exactly how much we paid for him but he was no more than €20.00.

Every time we go on holiday, we try to bring back a Christmas decoration for our tree. We couldn’t choose between Donald, Daisy and Dumbo or Remy the rat. So, of course, we bought both. Again, I can’t remember how much they cost but we bought them from the Disney Christmas shop on Main Street.

Extra Bits

We took HUNDREDS of photographs during our trip to Disneyland Paris. We also had the benefit of a PhotoPass + which meant that we got a lot of our meet and greet photographs taken by a professional photographer (amazing!) plus all of our ride photos. I thought it would be a nice idea to print them all out and put them in a proper album so we can flick through it together and remember our magical holiday. I picked up this gorgeous one in our hotel shop, which was The Trading Post in the Santa Fe Hotel.

Pin trading seems to be a pretty big thing at Disneyland Paris, and the Disney Parks in general. I’m not a trader myself, but I really wanted to get something to remember our amazing meets with the Toy Story characters by. The pins at Disneyland are priced using colour brackets. This was an “orange” pin so it cost €7.99. I got this one at Galerie Mickey in the Disneyland Hotel but every shop in the park sells pins!

 

All of the merchandise for Mickey’s 90th birthday was adorable. It took real self-restraint not to buy it all! I already had the Mickey 90 plush which a kind friend picked up for me on their last trip but I couldn’t help buying just one more thing! This keyring was €6.99 and I got it in Galerie Mickey. My house keys never looked so good!

 

The final thing I got was this postcard from…you guessed it…Galerie Mickey! It was €2.00. Autograph collecting is really popular for children at Disneyland Paris and there were autograph books everywhere. Saying that, there was only one autograph I wanted, the main Mouse! So I got him to sign this for me on our last night and it’s now framed in our living room.
